The Vision of THCCI is to bring the Message,
Ministry, and Mission of Jesus Christ to the world; leading
people to the Holiness of GOD and the fullness of life in Christ
through the person and power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Mission is to passionately worship GOD, Glorifying
Him through being a:
CHRIST CENTERING
Ephesians 1:9
“God’s secret plan has now been revealed to us; it is
a plan centered on Christ, designed long ago according to his good
pleasure.”
Our Church is a citadel of hope, where Christ is the subject and
salvation is the goal. Everyone whom enters will see Christ, hear
Christ, encounter Christ, learn Christ, and ultimately surrender
to and serve Christ our LORD.
HOLY SPIRIT FLOWING
John 7:38-39a
“38 If you believe in me, come and drink! For the Scriptures
declare that rivers of living water will flow out from within."39
(When he said "living water," he was speaking of the Spirit,
who would be given to everyone believing in him…)”
Our Church is a Holy place where the Holy Spirit is resident and
in perpetual motion. His presence, Anointing, and gifts bring Christ’s
love, life, and liberty to all who gather. His clarifying voice,
affirming ways, assuring lead, and strengthening touch is our inheritance.
FERVENT PRAYING
James 5:16
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another,
that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous
man availeth much”
Our Church is a house of prayer for all people! Daily intercession
for His Church, our nation, and our neighbors is intrinsic to our
existence. Fervently we seek Him to know Him, to commune with Him,
and to have His heart in all we are and do.
SCRIPTURE TEACHING
II Timothy 3:16
“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us
what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It
straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right.
Our Church is an uncompromising teaching ground of Scripture. To
us it is God’s inerrant and infallible Word! Our passion is
to know the Word of GOD so we may order our lives in perfect union
with the Bible.
SACRAMENT OBSERVING
Matthew 28:20
“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded
you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
Amen.”
Our Church is a joyful celebrant of all things our Lord gave to
the Apostles. The Eucharist, Water Baptism, and the Chrism impart
Grace and life to those who receive. The Sacraments not only define
us as a Church but identify us as His Church.
DISCIPLESHIP MAKING
Matthew 28:19
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”
Our Church is a developer of Christ followers in the faith. The
believer’s journey of faith is to learn the ways and voice
of Christ through the Scriptures, Prayer, Worship, Fellowship, and
Servanthood. Ultimately, disciples become credible witnesses of Jesus
who live incredible lives, which draw persons to Christ.
HOUSEHOLD EMPOWERING
Acts 18:8
“Crispus, the leader of the synagogue, and all his household
believed in the Lord. Many others in Corinth also became believers
and were baptized.”
Our Church is a family empowering household of faith. Scripture
undoubtedly reveals that the heart of God is for every member of
a household to be the Kingdom of GOD. Our ministries will meet their
needs, touch their heart, and save their souls.
FELLOWSHIP LOVING
Acts 2:42
“They joined with the other believers and devoted themselves
to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, sharing in the Lord's Supper
and in prayer.”
Our Church is inextricably tied to sharing our love through multiple
fellowship venues. In fellowship we grow in together and learn of
one another; enriching our faith, encouraging the brethren, and increasing
our capacity to care for each other.
YOUTH ENGAGING
Matthew 19:14
“But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop
them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these."
Our Church is a youth and children haven for knowing Christ and
being holistic nurturing. Through Christ centered programs of inspiration,
education, and recreation our youth will know God, Scripture, themselves,
build meaningful friendships, and have LOTS of fun in their journey.
EVANGELISM REACHING
II Timothy 4:5
“But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don't
be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at bringing others to Christ.
Complete the ministry God has given you.”
Our Church is a soul winning body, who passionately seeks
to win the lost and inform those who are unaware, of the life, love,
and liberty of Jesus Christ. We share the gospel to all persons and
engage godly methods to successfully bring sinners to the Kingdom
of Heaven.
COMMUNITY SERVING
Matthew 14:14
“A vast crowd was there as he stepped from the boat, and he
had compassion on them and healed their sick.”
Our Church is from the community in which we worship therefore,
it is our joy to serve the same with volunteerism, programs, and
service which strengthens families, empowers individuals, supports
the oppressed, and solves problems which lead persons to a productive
and positive life.
MISSIONS SUPPORTING
Philippians 4:15-16
“15As you know, you Philippians were the only ones who gave
me financial help when I brought you the Good News and then traveled
on from Macedonia. No other church did this. 16Even when I was in
Thessalonica you sent help more than once.”
Our Church is aware of the vast need for missionaries and felt need
support of foreign missions, beyond our local assembly. Our Christian
responsibility is to enthusiastically support Christian missions
and missionaries throughout the world, and be a missions receiving & training
center for this precious work of Jesus Christ.
VISION ACCOMPLISHING
Acts 26:19
“And so, O King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to that vision
from heaven.”
Our Church moves from faith to faith, and glory to glory
in casting and completing vision assignments. We gather to worship
Christ, Glorify the Father, hear the Word of GOD, and be filled,
empowered, and informed by the Holy Spirit BECAUSE He has given us
vision! We don't just gather to hear vision, we worship Christ for "Vision
Accomplished."
AND HOLINESS LIVING Church!
Luke 1:75
“In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days
of our life.”
Our Church is resolved to live and pattern our lives according to
the Scriptures, applying its teachings to our households and personal
life. We are called to Sanctification, set apart from the practice & places
of sin, to live righteously which is keeping the commandment to love
GOD and our neighbor.
